Census 2000 - Occupational Employment by Race and Gender (EEO-1 Categories) is developed decennially to assist employers in evaluating the composition of women and minorities in their workforce and in establishing goals to improve such utilization.  The files provide government and private sector entities with detailed occupational data (broken down by race and gender) for personnel recruitment and affirmative action programming planning.
